Growth. Evolution. Change. It's what
springtime is all about. At Corona Regional
Medical Center, we're going through a
"rebirth" of our own, from our outward appearance
to the medical care we offer inside our facility.
What's New?
I am excited to be unveiling our new logo, which
is on the cover of this issue of Health News. The
lemon yellow color represents our city's status as
the lemon capital of the world, and the navy "C"
signifies Corona is "The Circle City." This branding
change reflects our continual growth to better serve
Corona and the surrounding communities.
One of the first changes you'll notice when you
arrive on our campus is the updated exterior, newly
painted with a warm, inviting palate of orange and
brown hues. Our progress to become the area's
leading tertiary care provider has included adding
equipment that offers leading-edge diagnostics and
treatment. We also have expanded our Emergency
Department to accommodate more patients and
built an Intensive Care Unit to better handle more
serious medical conditions.
As part of our continuing growth, we'll be
offering new services, including:
- A Cardiac Catheterization and diagnostic laboratory for vascular illnesses
- A Wellness Center that houses an outpatient rehab unit and physician offices
- Surgical weight-loss procedures (bariatric surgery)
Making Change Happen
To speed such progress, we're hiring more nurses,
contracting more physicians and specialists and making
sure we deliver high-quality healthcare that rivals what
you'd receive in Los Angeles and other big cities.
At Corona Regional Medical Center, we're
committed to becoming your Partners in Health and
Healing. Come see our exciting new developments!
Sincerely,
Ken Rivers
